Rob Peel has over 38 years in the industry and over 26 years at Baird and has held roles as Financial Advisor, Market Manager, Regional Director, and Branch Manager, advising families and individuals throughout his career. A graduate of Hope College, Rob has also completed Baird's Investment Consultants Program at the University of Chicago. Rob and his wife Cindy have lived in Spring Lake, Michigan for over 25 years, where they raised their three children. He participates actively in his community, where he enjoys serving as Vice Chair on the Board of Trustees for the Grand Haven Area Community Foundation and is also part of the Executive and Audit Committees and Chairman of the Investment Committee.

Mike Pniewski has been providing investment portfolio management and expertise in financial and retirement services for over 38 years. A graduate of Kalamazoo College, Mike also completed the Investment Counsel program at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Mike has served on the finance counsel at St. Patrick’s Church in Parnell for over 25 years and is active in the Lowell community with his wife, Stacey, and their family.

Jeffery Hagen has more than 11 years of experience at Baird and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^®, focusing on advanced financial and tax planning. He is a graduate of Western Michigan University and is active in the Grand Haven community where he and his wife Brittany enjoy raising their two young daughters.

Jacob Hufnagel has 5 years of experience at Baird and is a graduate of Davenport University. Jake holds his Series 7 and 66 licenses and provides advanced administrative and professional support, helping to build and maintain client relationships. He lives with his wife Lauren in Cedar Springs with their German Shepard, Ringo.
